We’ll establish a clear assessment at the outset, taking spinal x-rays if necessary, so your care is focused and effective. Our experienced team are here to relieve your pain, promote movement and help enhance your general health.

Your First Visit
When you arrive, you’ll receive a warm welcome from our friendly chiropractic assistants who’ll ask you to complete a Health History form so we can learn a little more about you to help with our assessment. You’ll then meet your chiropractor who will explain what to expect from your visit.
Consultation: We’ll have a conversation so we clearly understand your health concerns and discuss how and if chiropractic can best help you.
Examination: The next step is to conduct a muscle tension scan (sEMG) of your spine. This highly accurate, non-invasive technology measures the amount of electrical current from the muscles along your spine. This helps us understand your nervous system’s control of your muscles and develop recommendations for your personalised care. We also use this scanning technology at your future re-assessments to monitor your progress. Your chiropractor will also perform a series of functional tests to assess your posture and your spine’s movement to determine areas that require correction.
X-rays: Our x-rays our free for all our patients and we’re the only chiropractic clinic in Hastings to have in-house x-ray facilities, providing convenience and reducing delays to your care. We’ll take an x-ray, if needed, to give us a detailed understanding of spinal condition, degeneration, postural changes and spinal alignment as well as locating any possible bone abnormalities or fractures.
By the end of your first visit, we’ll have a complete picture of the health of your spine allowing us to ensure personalised, appropriate care.

We offer appointments from 7.30am to 6.00pm week days and 9.00am to 12.00pm on Saturday. We’ll always try to find a way to see you as soon as possible, often same day.
